At the core of this system is Nitron’s advanced elec‑TRON valve technology, which adjusts damping forces in real time—every 5 milliseconds—based on continuous data input from the DCU. By analysing vehicle dynamics such as braking, cornering, acceleration, and chassis attitude, the DCU instantly determines the optimal valve position, delivering precise damping control under all driving conditions.
When paired with elec‑TRON shock absorbers, the system not only provides the renowned performance of Nitron dampers but enhances it further by continuously adapting to maximise both grip and ride comfort.
User Control & Driving Modes
The DCU features a 6‑position rotary control switch, giving the driver access to a selection of pre-configured damping maps tailored to the vehicle.
