Description
Due to the complex nature of the installation and the specialist tools required, TVT cartridge kits should only be fitted by Nitron or one of our authorised fitting centres.
Nitron TVT25 Adjustable Fork Cartridge Kits deliver the same high level of improvements in rider control, performance, and comfort that define Nitron products. The system features a large-bore 25mm piston design, providing significant performance gains over the OEM setup.
Advanced Damping Control
- Independent adjustment:
- Rebound (right fork)
- Compression damping (left fork)
This setup offers both intuitive adjustment and highly effective performance tuning.
A key feature of the TVT Fork Cartridge Kit is the inclusion of a third, high-speed damping valve within the compression cartridge. This valve is pre-set to react to sharp, high-speed bumps—conditions that can unsettle even a well-damped setup, especially when combined with heavy braking and cornering forces.
Serviceability & Tuning
- All three valve pistons can be quickly and easily removed for re-valving
- No need to remove the forks from the bike
This enables efficient servicing and rapid setup changes.
Upgrade to TVT PRO
Nitron offers an optional upgrade to full professional (Pro) racing specification, as used by Works Suzuki teams. This includes:
- Application of ultra-low friction Kashima coating to key cartridge components
- Significantly increased durability
- Improved compliance and overall suspension performance
Fork Cartridge Installation Service
Nitron does not currently offer factory installation for fork cartridges, but a network of approved specialists is available across the UK.

Nitron 02 Synthetic Fork Oil
Nitron TVT Fork Cartridges are developed using Nitron 02 Synthetic Fork Oil. To ensure proper performance, safety, and durability:
- This oil must be used throughout service
- Ensures consistent damping characteristics and long-term reliability
If installation is carried out through an approved service provider, Nitron 02 Synthetic Fork Oil is included.
