Nitron has released a new range of high-performance suspension upgrades for the 2025-2026 Yamaha XSR900, delivering enhanced handling, improved rider feedback and greater control on both road and track.
The new Nitron R1 and R3 rear shocks are engineered specifically for the XSR900, offering a significant step up in suspension performance over the standard equipment.
The R1 provides straightforward, high-quality damping adjustment for riders looking for improved performance and control, while the R3 adds independent high- and low-speed compression adjustment for more precise suspension setup and maximum tuning flexibility.
An optional Hydraulic Preload Adjuster (HPA) is also available for both shocks, allowing quick and convenient preload adjustment, ideal for riders who regularly switch between solo riding, luggage or passenger use.
Both the R1 and R3 are available with a Nitron Blue or Black spring, giving you the option to complement the distinctive styling of your Yamaha XSR900.
To complement the rear suspension upgrades, Nitron fork cartridge kits are also available for the XSR900. Designed to transform the front-end performance, the cartridges provide improved damping control, feel and consistency, helping deliver a more balanced and confidence-inspiring chassis.
